I hereby submit an appeal of the 48 hour ban from using the CB and pm which was initially instituted on 29 november at 0431 am TRUKZ Time.

It has now been several hours past the 48 hour time limit, previously imposed
I will be respectful at any time I am on channel 97.
Because My CB is locked I am unable to change CB channels.

by the way, locking me on channel 97 during this ban might constitute cruel and unusual punishment.

Just to Reiterate, I am appealing the 48 hour CB / pm ban I recieved Friday 29 November at 4:41 am.

Yes, but 1) the original request was indeed made before the 48 hours was up (you think we didn't notice) and 2) 48 hours has always been the minimum.

Not discussion but clarification --

I edited the original appeal couple of times Once to indicate that the 48 hours had not expired and once AFTER the 48 hour ban was up. The clock for posting does not include edits.
I had figured you noticed and made an edit this morning to that effect, then made another later in the monring
also the message informing me of the ban said 48 hours. The Admin / Moderator Mr Korrupt said in his message 48 hours. He did not say 'minimum of'
which is why I emphasized the 48 hours part.
I'm sure y'all have a lot to do so I was just gently reminding you...

Unles one admin's word is not worth what he states...

He's a moderator, and this admin is overriding him.

Renewing (Actually Refreshing) my appeal of the 48 hour ban from using the cb or PM.
It has now been 94 hours.
