When ever I go to deposit or withdraw money, if I want to move all my money, I have to leave at least $1 in either my pocket or the bank, I can not get all of it out.

I know, $1 is not that much, but, I can't just move it all, I have to change what I want to deposit.

It gets annoying after moving money 5 or 6 times, if you forget that you need $1 somewhere.

There's probably a fraction of a cent in there. Withdraw all the money you can, then continue withdrawing .001 until it won't let you do so anymore.

That seems to have worked.

It could have been when the interest was applied.
