With winter now upon us, well those of us in the northern hemisphere, not like those lucky sods in OZ :lol:

How about a driving course item like the chains, warning lights, fog lights items, where it would allow an increase in speed in bad weather and reduce the chances of bad weather accidents maybe there could be different levels.

A $5000 course would give you an extra 5% top speed,
A $10000 course would give you an extra 10% top speed,
A $15000 course would give you an extra 15% top speed.

With an additional 5% less chance of bad weather accidents for all three.

Non-stackable, so the maximum you could have would be the 15%.

These could expire in 12 month intervals, so a refresher course would be needed each year, much like the endorsements for extra weight.

Mmm I must say that it seems like a pretty good idea to me. The prices vs top speed might need tweaking for balance, but yea the idea itself is sound. :)

Actually, this is not a terrible idea. Perhaps make them DR related, as well? Perhaps 30, 75, and 125?

I like this idea, and also with DR being important in what they can be, and also probably should cost more (even tho i won't be able to afford it lol)
