You need to be the CEO, Vice President or Contract Manager to get a contract for your company, They bid for the contracts in the link on the side called Company Contracts. At 11:55 the bidding gets closed so everything happens just before that, where all the people bidding put there bids in hoping to be the last and the lowest, because the lowest bid wins when its closed at 11:55 PM. You need 25 active drivers to be able to bid on contracts
