ads for drivers, some way in the game to pick up drivers. INstead of im every unemplyed driver begging.

And I think this is a suggestion so mods may want to move this to suggestion box.

Moved.
Devil dog, perhaps you might want to be more specific in your suggestion.

i could be wrong, but the only thing coming to mind that might be close to what he said was something in your profile to state whether you're looking for a company or not. If i'm right in my guess, I think it could be a decent idea to look into. A definite helpful recruiting tool/deterent. It's a thought that works both side of the coin so to speak. Those drivers who are happy on their own won't have a million and one recruiting messages coming from every direction. As i said, i could be wrong with what his suggestion was, but I think i might be at least close lol.

Your options for recruiting drivers are:
1) PM the drivers in game
2) Have your CEO Post in the Companies section here on the forums
That's about it.

devil dog is merely suggesting a method of "reverse recruitment," or in other words, submitting a resume. I think it's a great idea...kind of like looking for a job on monster.com. It makes perfect sense to enable drivers, new and old, to publicly announce critical information about themselves (what time zone they live in, what hours they are logged on, etc) that may benefit particular companies. I'm pretty sure that's what devil dog is getting at, and damnit, I support it!

Since you can buy trukz cyber cash, could you just take a larger fee for an ad placement for a company which would have time space as a banner for revenue? Trukz makes money, companies get recruiting... as old as the internet itself.
