Why he does this? He has not even friends on this channel..
Why can't he first check where the PR is, before come and speak self on this channel.. Nobody on channel 97 is interested in American football, and this guy knows it.

He was just given a verbal warning not to monologue on this channel, not to do actually anything but a friendly talk with us, or with his friends. I don't see anything good at this, again..

On the surface, I don't see anything specific. It seems he tried to converse with someone, then left, and even offered a greeting to someone who was there.

We have recorded this though, and are keeping track.

Well, atleast I would report this as gibberish talking...

And just because he knows that no one is interested on him, or PR, or american football.

If it was gibberish, that would be something, but that is not the case here.

As you well know, there can be several completely seperate comversations going on on the CB at once. So long as nobody is flooding the channel or talking smack about anyone else and the conversations remain seperate, it's allowed.
