I realize the current systems makes it so you have to be at DR 40 to haul hazardous waste, but to give more cargo options, as well as add another RL element to the game, how about having a Haz-Mat endorsement drivers can purchase? Maybe removing the DR cap to haul haz-waste, removing haz-waste, and replacing with other hazardous cargos, that require a haz-mat endorsement to haul?
