We are in need of a experienced Hr Manager. Must have a driver rating of 10 and above and have a great attitude.

We have decided to start helping drivers obtain better trucks and endorsements. We will give the driver a low 2% collection and 90% assistance for 1 week to help purchase a newer truck and endorsement. To qualify for this benefit a driver must be with the company for at least 2 weeks to show that the driver is here for the company and not just the benefit. We will sponsor 2 drivers at a time. Please go to the offsite forum and go to company talk then company funded driver upgrades and place your name on the waiting list. Please list the truck or discount you want to save for so we can keep track. I would like all beginners to be able to get in the 97 Kenworth as soon as possible.

We are looking for a experienced Comm. Manager. This position will be the head dispatcher. Whoever fills this position will have to know how to find the highest paying routes on the hot route website and post them on a bulletin. These routes update 2 times a week so you must be able to be on Monday mornings and Thursday mornings to post the new routes. You will also go through the dispatch screen and find anyone who is running a low paying route and get them on the high paying routes. Your company specializes in this cargo type so you will receive a 5% bonus for delivery. If you are late you will be fined $50.00 per day that you are late.
