1. The Appeals Forum: General Information.
A. What is it?
-The Appeals Forum is a place for the player to appeal a warning or a ban from the game.
B. What does "NO DISCUSSION" mean?
-It means do NOT post in a topic that is not yours. Doing so will earn you a warning.

2. Using the Appeals Forum.
A. How do I use it because I received a forum warning?
-Post a link to the topic at question, and provide a little information why you feel the warning should be removed.
B. How do I use it because I was banned from the game?
-Give us your drivers name and the reason why you were banned, and provide a little information on why you feel that the ban should be lifted.

3. After Posting: What you should do after you post your thread.
A. How long until I get an answer?
-Fairly quickly, though we can't give you an exact answer.
B. You answered my thread, but I still have x% warn level!
-We do not have to grant appeals to anyone. Appeals will be handed out on our best judgment, just because you post a topic here does not mean that your appeal will be granted.
D. Wait, you closed my topic before I was finished fighting appealing to you.
Yes, we close all topics that have been given an answer to, if you feel your case has not been properly explained please send a PM to Jacob and he will get back to you as soon as he can.

4. Ways to get your thread ignored and locked without an answer.
A. I bumped my topic every chance I could get! Why hasn't my severely bumped topic been answered?
-Frankly, continually bumping your topic is annoying and is a good way to get your topic ignored right off the bat, it is also a good way to earn yourself a warn. We see your topic, give us time to do the research and get back to you.
B. I send multiple PMs to everyone on the admin/moderator staff! Why haven't I got an answer?!
-Badgering us into answering your topic will not be met with a positive reaction and will earn you a warn.

5. Ways to improve your appeal success.
A. I haven't read the pinned topic at the top of this forum and I didn't post in the right format and my appeal was denied.
-Yeah, you should have seen that one coming. The first thing you should do when entering this forum is to read and be familiar with this pinned topic, and since you are already this far, go you!
B. I received my warn a few seconds/minutes/hours ago, why has my appeal denied?
-Simple, you really haven't proven to us that you can follow forum rules. You need to show us that you can follow the rules for a while before trying to appeal. The longer you wait to allow us time to witness that you've changed your ways, the better.
