Title: WarCat Trucking

LoneKnight - September 26, 2008 07:27 PM (GMT)
Hi, my name is WarCat and I am the CEO of WarCat Trucking. We are a new company looking for drivers, primarily in North America at this time. Our home terminal is in Odessa, Oblast, Ukraine at this time. I inherited the company from another driver and have been unable to move it to North America yet. I am also looking for a full complement of management staff that I can trust and that will help us and our drivers grow and make money.

We offer:

8% Collection(2% for your first week, or for those in starter trucks your first 7 routes)
10% Repair
10% Fuel

We also have a very nice off-site forum with lots of helpful tips, the hot loads(only NA for now since all our drivers are in NA), the Trukz link to get you $1000 in-game money, and an open door policy with me for any problems or questions you may have.

Feel free to PM me with any questions you have about the game or the company.

Thanks
Be good, be safe.

We now have our headquarters in Houston, TX. Our next goal is well under way and will be accomplished before ya know it. Join up and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with us. Our offer for new drivers will be in place as long as I am here, and we will be adding new things as the company grows, so come grow with us.

Effective 10/21/2008, all drivers who join us will receive a 1% wage for 30 days. This is in addition to the 2% collection we offer for your first 7 days, or routes for those in starter trucks. There are more great things coming from us, so join and grow with us and enjoy the perks we give our drivers.

We now have a Contract Manager trainee and new member. We would like to welcome Masaotter to WarCat Trucking as both our newest member and Contract Manager Trainee. We are still looking for qualified people to fill the rest of our management team, as well as drivers who wish to join us and grow with us. Once we reach the point where we have 20 active drivers, not only will we be bidding on contracts, but we will be rolling out a new program for our drivers. That program will raise fuel assistance on weekends till we get enough drivers to where we have virtually free fuel. I realize that another company started this idea, but in business, you lead or you follow the leaders. And since we didn't come up with this idea, we are forced to follow the lead on it, but a good idea is a good idea, no matter where it comes from.

Hey, we are gunning to be the best company out here. We are a driver oriented company that wants you to succeed and make money. I am a real life driver, I teach truck driving now, and I know what it feels like to be a number to the company, and I do not ever want any of my drivers to feel that way. If you have a problem, a question, a concern, or a suggestion, I want you to feel that you can come to me and discuss it without worrying I won't do anything or you will get fired for "annoying" the CEO. I have an open door policy and always will

We now have a communications manager for our company. I would like to invite all drivers to join us and take advantage of our 2% starting collection rate, 1% wage for a month, and the ability to work your way up into a management position for us. We are also planning some great things to promote productivity amongst our drivers. We will be having contests for driver of the week, month, and year, as well as a safety contest for all drivers in our company who receive no tickets in a month. The only driver who will not be eligible for these incentive programs will be myself, as I do not feel it is fair to the other drivers with me being the one who will be making these choices. Enjoy the game and speed safely.

The driver of the week, month, and year program has been introduced. All drivers who have been with us for at least 7 days each Saturday starting after the first full week of November are eligible for these awards. The driver who gets the Driver of The Week award will get a 1% wage added to any wage they are currently getting for one week and become eligible for Driver of The Month. The Driver of the Month will have a 1% wage added to any they are getting for a week, and become eligible for Driver of the Year. For 2008, all of the Drivers of the Week will be up for Driver of the Year. Driver of the Year will get a 1% wage for the full month of January.

Thanks, Be good and Be safe.

Here at Warcat Trucking, we believe in rewarding our drivers. I am looking for management staff, and am promoting from within. If you want to be part of a dynamic and growing company that is looking for loyal drivers, you don't have to look any farther. Management positions are open to all drivers, they will be filled as soon as possible. I have a training program for new drivers for management, and drivers that have been in the game for a while can get promoted quicker if they have previous management experience.

We now have a VP and dedicated HR manager. We are still looking for good drivers to come grow with us, our aim is to see you succeed, not just to make this a giant company.

Hi, we are still looking for drivers to join and enter our driver training program for management. Our driver of the month/week/year program has been put on hold for the time being until we can get back to 10 total drivers. Also, we are almost to the truck purchase discount, so joining now would allow you to get a better truck in a short time.

Effective immediately, we have raised our fuel assistance to 20% and our repair assistance to 15%. Our collection is still at 8%, the 1% wage for 30 days is still in effect, and we are working to get the driver programs back online.
