At ARHunter Transport, LLC we are interested in one thing. Making our drivers money. If the drivers aren't happy and making money then the company isn't making money. As soon as we have the money to purchase a discount that will help our drivers we purchase it. We already have the Truck Purchase discount to help get our drivers get into better equipment faster and the Fuel Purchase discount to save you an additional 10% on every fillup.
We are a small company but we don't act like it on the Contract Bidding page. If a contract won't pay as well as a decent hot route we will not bid on it. There are enough companies out there doing that already.
Our current contract hauling Milk to Phoenix will pay you:

New Driver Incentive Program
For any new driver that signs up this week you will receive a low collection of 5%, Repair discount of 75% and Fuel Discount of 50% for the first week. After that week you will go to normal Repair and Fuel discounts but will keep the 5% collection for an additional week.
We are all about the driver here at ARHunter Transport. If you can't make money we can't make money.

New Driver Incentive Program
If you are a new driver we offer a low 5% collection, 75% repair discount and 50% fuel discount for your first week. Your second week with the company the collection stays the same but the repair and fuel discounts will be the company default of 25% and 15% respectively.
Senior Driver Program
Any driver with Oversized Endorsement will qualify for a low 6% collection after a week with the company.
