Both of my drivers are running the same route. The one that is making less money on the route has a lower collection than the one making more.
Is this a glitch?

Nope no glitch the first link the driver is driving casual (Hornet)
The second link the driver is driving standard (Branz)
You make a lot less money running Casual than standard.
