Finally, I found your forum!!!!

My name is Semyon, I am from Russia. I am boy, 22 years old.

Unfortunately, upltifting unknown in Russia! :(
These fans, as I, we have in the city only 3 guys. I know the same few fans in other cities in Russia..

My love for Uplifting started five years ago with a CYAN CD. Then, I and my friend did not even know that was the Greek team! After 3 years, we find Greek site Discobole and then: transistance, melodic morning, and others...

Uplifting is freedom!! Is youth, is power!!! AAA!!! Uplifting - is the most dance music!! In Upltifting want to dance forever!!

I organize in our city 2 uplifting-parties. But our people do not know how to dance to the music fast! In our clubs played music with the rhythm 120-135bpm. In Uplifting - 140-160bpm!!
Soon it will be summer and I will organize open-air uplifting-party!! At party I am playing tracks from CYAN, Nemesis, Cryptus, Darma, Chaostar, Cyberia, Zodiac, and others..

Many people on the Internet are told that uplifting is dead. But still you are - Uplifting LIVE!!! Thank you for that!!!!

Note, that in all world and even in Russia there are few uplifter's who you very thankful !!! We, the fans-uplifters from Russia, love you!!!!
And even if there is no any upltifting-party, uplifting will perhaps live in our hearts. Uplifting from Greece-forever!!!!!!

P.S. Unfortunately, in Russia, we did not know why disappeared CYAN, Nemesis, Darma, Cryptus... That happend with them? Why do they go? Tell us please!!

P.SS. Where can I find pictures or video from the Greek uplifting-parties????????????? If you want, later I will show you fotos from the my uplifting-parties.

unfortunately bad things have happened to our music in the last 4 years...
lately we keep trying to ressurect this lively music but this is hard..
many groups -like cyan-have stopped producing uplifting tracks.
Eventhough you can find some new unreleased tracks in our forums' download section and some of theese tracks are realy good.
I'm glad to hear that u organize uplifting parties there in russia!this is great!
there are some photoes, also, in the download section of our forum and some videos too. I'm sure you will find many interesting things there.whatever you want, just write it here or in the aproporiate topic (topic titles are usually in english) and be sure that we will answer to you as we all understand english.

there is a new feature in our forum you should check out.
there is a internet radio station , it broadcasts through the internet and you can listen some nice tracks there.you can check the program and connect to our live radio broadcasting when someone is on.(all the times are GMT+2:00)

ah, and if u want to read the story of uplifting till now, you can check some older posts(there were some guys asked some time ago).just select to see the posts from the beggining in the down right corner of the english section forum ;)

I found this forum like 6 months ago.

My name is Nikos, i'Im 21 years old. I'm from Greece but i live in
the United States. My home town is athens where i grew up.

Unfortunately, upltifting is not so famous in the States, either.
I always try to sell Uplifting CDs, and try to get people into this music..
But its hard without parties so i'll try to talk to some club owners who play rave music, maybe they'll need a change of music, too.

My love for Uplifting started 8 years ago. When my brothers used to blast the boombox with Songs Like Popeye and such... Then when i grew up a a couple of years my girlfriend and i were only 15 went to a Club in athens called Umatic, a magical place.
They were playin Space odyssey vs Star Children, Trance Wars 3 i think.
That was the Greatest night of my life. I was dancing along with a thousand people until 8 oclock in the morning.
And after that day i think everyone knows the story.... (i wouldn't miss a party)
I wish the whole world could experience something so awesome .

So Semyon you are not alone and we have to make the whole world listen to this music, maybe one day it will be apreciated again like it did long time ago.

if you dont know where to start. everybody in here including me speak English
and would be glad to help anybody who wants to learn.
They helped me with my first steps.

but not all of them are that bad, i think only the albanians that party are bad.

most of people dont like them..we dont like the way they act..they are disturbing..i didnt go to parties because of them..
where do you live? here in greece we have many of them.. and especially here in paros where i live they are about 1/4 of our population.. you can't understand if you dont see it by yourself..i m not a racist and i have no problem with other people..

I'm no racist either. Greece is beautiful, and attracts the albanians. they are more popular in greece than anywere else. I dont like the way they act either, they seem aggressive, very aggressive. They love starting trouble alot and fro nothing.

I remember, i sat on the bus (student bus) back in greece and one guy hit me hard with his fist at the back of my head as a joke.

But they are not popular here because Greece is beautiful..They are popular because our politicians are assholes and they dont want to stop them from entering our country! They are here only for money..Albanians have most of the jobs in Greece.. And also because it is very easy to enter in our country..this doesnt happen in Italy for example..

the albanians that are good people are not realy albanians into their origin.
if you take a closer look you will result to this.
they behave this way because they learnt this way and it is something like getting that into their subconcius.it's not in their hand most times.

When u talk about being against everyone from different cultures in hand, then i would assume that as racism. I too was beaten by albanians many times.
If i were u i wouldn't waste my energy on this, just accept the way things are, we cannot change it. Also, whatever happens to a human, will impact us all (remember this).
When poeple give different id, that would mean that they either feel like they are being hated.

i live in the uk,in london therefore i meet people from all around the globe! i have friends from ukraine to palaistine and india ..even from albania! my political views also are teaching me the opposite of what u accuse me of...

i tried to make a point that in greece the greeks are racists maily towards albanians and that is a fact. I dont know why but one thing is for sure that the media in greece have played a major role in this.

For instance if there is a burglary performed by a greek the news spend 30 seconds about it.If it was by an albanian they would talk about it for 30 minutes you understand me? I dont blame the people who hate albanians..thats how the have been reaised by the system and society...but i hope we can change it :)

a russian in germany is in the same position like an albanian in greece :D
