Not at all.
I'm just trying to prevent culture shock. Our newbies may not be used to our style and customs. We'll give them a grace period to get used to things.
I mean, we've all had about a decade to get used to each other.
Let's give 'em a chance to acclimate and ease them into our culture.
Essentially they've gone from the Mall Food Court into a Biker Bar. heh
