The best answer I've come up with is that it's both everything and nothing.

Technically, the obsessive armaments and the nigh-invunerable armor cancel each other out... he packs just barely enough weaponry to kill himself wherever he goes.

All you have to do his hand him a prototype untested and more than likely to explode weapon, and he'll detonate his own ammo dumps testing it out.
