The SG-1 teams assembles in a breifing room where the Dr. Daniel Jackson awaits. "By luck we detected a gate on an uncharted planet, we must go investigate..."

Meanwhile, on an alternate universe, in an underground secret cave, a gate powers on.

"Megatron, i detect a strange power surge comming from one of our caves."

"Let un see who dares intrude. Soundwave, can you manage to investigate?"

"As you wish, leader."....

Transformers/Scrubs - running gag in JD's fantasies of random pieces of hospital equipment getting up and walking away.

Transformers/Tron - I don't know how to make it work, but the visuals in my head would just be so cool!

That reminds me of an old idea...

Sprite Wars Transformers:
Beast Wars/Reboot
Taking place after Season 4 of Reboot during "the hunt" (aka the cliffhanger that ends season 4, so Megabyte has control of the Principle Office), a game cube drops down and Megabyte gets to it first. The game: Beast Wars! Using the tech that got AndrAIa out of her game, Megabyte gets the Predacon game sprites out of the game. Now, everyone still on the run must deal with both Megabtye's Neo-Viral army and Megatron's Predacons! Mouse and Dot hack into the RAM and find the Maximal User data is still stored there. They make artificial sprites based on this data to fight off the Predacons. And so, Sprite Wars Transformers begins!

I think this was actually the 2nd Star Wars crossover the AUG managed. The first was our introduction to Zabgoth and the Cult of the Fist. We... uh... messed up the Star Wars Continuuity a bit.

We also attempted one where the Transformers awaken in the Ark and continue their wars on Earth, only to struggle for fuel supplies. In the end they turn to humanity to be their powersource, and to keep the human minds occupied they create a vast virtual reality simulating the 'height of human civilization'. A human discovers the truth and fights beside other awakened humans and Autobot 'programs' against Decepticon 'agents' as 'The One'. After all, no one can be told what the Matrix is...

Who wouldn't get a kick out of seeing Agent Smith and Megatron working side by side? Or how about them being one and the same?

First, there's no such thing as watching the movie to much for a true fan.

Secondly, I actually loaned it to my uncle and haven't seen it for about a week now. What I have been watching is the ending of "Path of Neo" where all the Agent Smith's merge together(along with cars and other bits of the city) into a giant robo-Smith...

The setting is an alternate timeline where Megatron and the decepticons have destroyed everything in their own universe and are looking for something else to mess up so shockwave invents a dimentional doorway device and they invade the Gundam Wing Universe and are surprised to find what they can only guess are mute headmasters of some sort who are actually a pain in the ass to deal with :D

Why "headmasters"? I don't remember any of the Wing gundams removing their head intentionally.

I love the idea of the Transformers/Stargate crossover.
Jack O'Neil and Jazz trading wisecracks and then kicking arse. Brilliant.
Perceptor and Sam Carter waffling off on a tangent for hours. Fantastic.
Megatron killing Daniel Jackson (everyone else has killed him). Excellent.

The Vision of Megatron

So, yeah, it's basically taking The Vision of Escaflowne and replacing Gaea with Cybertron and replacing all the Gaea characters with BW characters (and their mecha are themselfs).

Going with a theme of the Preds as good guy, Maxies as bad guys.
TM2 Megatron = Escaflowne/Van (Dragon, duh!)
Dinobot = Allen/Scherazade (Knight anyone?)
Blackarachnia = Merle (not the best match)
Ravage = Balgus (both are old, die quickly, and rock)
Rattrap = Dryden (breaks the theme, but it's perfect!)
Rhinox = Emperor Dornkirk (hehe, no need for a voice actor change :P)
Primal = Folken (Age with black angel wing...think about the awesomeness)
Airazor = Dilandau (if you've seen the whole show, you'll know why)
Silverbolt = Jajuka (hehe, no need for a voice actor change :P)
Naria & Eriya = Cheetor & Tigertron (get it? Thier cats!)
Tarantulas = Zongi the doubleganger (because both are freaky)

Ahh.... mixing 2 of my favorite hobbies..... It would be cool, but as often as I thoguth about it, there are huge size differences. Godzilla monsters ranging between 50-120 meters (roughly 200-400 feet tall ) would be better matches for Gestalts rather than City-bots, which tend to be several kilometers in height.

Actually I wrote a short story that was a crossover of BW & War Planets (probably around 1998 during which time Minaframe was producing both shows), I may have to dig it up and post here later
