i recently got 'the inferno' by dante alighieri, and it got me thinking: purely for laughs, where do you think various transformers or characters from a fave fandom, hell, maybe even yourself, would go in dante's hell, or who they would be?

for some odd reason i see G1 Prime as Dante, either Vector Prime or Alpha Trion as Virgil, and possibly Unicron as Satan

Ah, the Divine Comedy, truely a classical masterwork.

Mind you, the sequel/second half, depending on how you look at it, is a bit boring, but that's neither here nor there.

I've actually been writing up "Drawlines Inferno", a Cybertronian version of the classic Dante's inferno. The first layer, filled with "feral beasts" and "tangled wilds" is Cybertrons rooftops. With smog. Heavy hazy red skylines of bladed spires, patrolled by Vehicons(and Scrapmetal, who I consider an honorary Vehicon) who are more beastial than any organic transformer has ever shown to be.

Figured Computron would make a better Virgil than Dante myself, but meh.

Not sure if I'll ever get around to writing the whole thing, but if you follow the FnorDoM fics, you'll be getting referances to it.
