Not any worse than the Yugi-Oh movie(s?).
Also, there are 13 DBZ movies (18 if you count DB and GT movies to). Why do I know this? I've only seen 306 of them... :twitch:

Nightmare on Elm Street 1 - 6, New Nightmare was ok.
Oi, you're not discerning enough! Here's how I break them down:
NOES 1: A horror classic. A must see.
Freddy's Revenge: So bad it's good. I always laugh.
Dream Warriors: The best sequel.
The Dream Master: Still good, but hasn't aged well. It used to be cooler when I was a kid.
The Dream Child: Luke-warm follow up to Dream Master. Decent but not great.
Freddy's Dead: Total trash. No redeeming value at all. The best part is the montage of clips from other Elm St. movies during the end credits.
New Nightmare: A shakey start, but shapes up into a neat premise. Not scary in the least though.
Freddy vs. Jason: All the scenes with Fred and J are just fine. The teenage leads kill the rest of the movie for me.
QUOTE
Any Godzilla movie, the Ameri-Zilla excluded.
But you have to admit that after Ameri-Zilla came out, the Toho zilla movies really stepped up their special effects and action scenes. They didn't want to be outdone.

Okay. :D
F13 part 1: It's hard not to appreciate it, simply because it's the first.
F13 part 2: One of my personal favorites. I really like the cast in this one.
F13 part 3: Aside from the crazy horror disco theme music, this movie is awful. Really bad. I find it painful and excruciating to sit through it anymore. Although, it's much better if you have the commentary track turned on. :D
The Final Chapter: One of the best sequels, this one has it all.
A New Beginning: Ehh... better than I remembered, but still not one of my favorites. It does have Violet, the anti-social robot dancing chick, so that's good for some something.
Jason Lives: Oh yeah, now we're talking! Good, cheesey fun!
The New Blood: Telekinetic Tina vs. Zombie Jason. A fan favorite and for good reason.
Jason Takes Manhattan: Some pacing issues keep it from living up to its potential, but not *that* bad...
Jason Goes to Hell: I like it. It's different, it's strange, it's loaded with homages to everything else, but it's still okay.
Jason X: *slaps forehead* What the hell were they thinking? Jason in space? Haven't we seen enough monsters go into space already??? Didn't they learn their lesson from the other failures like Pinhead and Leprechaun? And then its two starring actresses are both stars of Andromeda, and it feels like an episode of that show guest starring Jason. BLAH!! Total pile of burning trash!!!
*and on the commentary track the director or writer or whoever rips on one of the actresses in the movie, proving that they don't even treat their own with respect. Never mind that her career probably ended the moment she signed on to be in his stupid movie*
Freddy vs. Jason: I usually just skip to the big fight at the end. Very little redeeming qualities to be found here.
Poop-Flinger Prime - June 17, 2008 11:29 AM (GMT)
nothing made after 1999 counts as a childhood movie unless you are not yet an adult. stop making me feel old.

I think our minds can only think of so much at once. I meant to add that to my list of comedies, just didn't register for some reason, yes a great an hilarious movie indeed.
Roadbuster - June 18, 2008 03:16 PM (GMT)
hrm.... but I don't remember it so much from my 'childhood'...
1987. I was 13... so I guess I was still kinda a kid, but entering my teen years.
INFERNO - June 19, 2008 01:01 PM (GMT)
I agree with most that have been mentioned (the 70's and 80's I was a kid) so really nothing past 1989 for me.
Two I will add:
Ghostbusters (the original not the second one) and GOONIES!
Roadbuster - June 19, 2008 03:01 PM (GMT)
Ghostbusters definitely... I never really watched Goonies till later on though...
Poop-Flinger Prime - June 19, 2008 03:12 PM (GMT)
O.Supreme - June 19, 2008 03:42 PM (GMT)
Good Ones Inferno!
I also just wanted to add "The Never Ending Story" (the original only) Although this one has not held up for me as I dont find it nearly as entertaining as when I was a kid. Oh and also the GoBots: Battle of the Rocklords movie. Yes this was actually in the theater about 4 months before TF:TM, although I didn't like the cartoon much, the GoBot animated movie wasn't half bad.
Poop-Flinger Prime - June 19, 2008 03:53 PM (GMT)
Roadbuster - June 19, 2008 04:01 PM (GMT)
How could I forget Never Ending Story!!
