A while back we had a running post for Oblivion, when Doc first got his.

I had complained about a weird glitch where my health bar no longer went up to full. Found out it was a known glitch with one of the monster mods I had and found a patch for it.

Now, I'm back into playing, have gotten more memory and subsequently cranked the graphics up a good bit.

But most amusingly I've gotten my wife addicted to it now. :lol:

At any rate, just curious to see how Doc and others are doing in it... if they're still playing, and any mods people like in particular.

I'm using a TON of mods at this point. Including some of the Official ones you can buy online.

I've not played in a while -- stopped during the last couple of months of last semester, as I was focusing on passing that class. Still haven't got back to it, in part b/c of all the craziness going on in my life, and in part b/c I'm trying to get back into the habit of reading for pleasure (and not just comics, but actual novels).

heh, undoubtably a noble pursuit. I still read... just reeeeaaaaaaallly slooooooowly...

I got a copy of it with my PS3 a few months ago, so far I've only gotten so far as the first city :) I did steal a horse tho. I really need to play this game.

heh... while you can't mod it as much, I still hear good things about the PS3 version (at least you don't have to worry about CPU usage). The imperial city is nothin' Oblivion is pretty dan sprawling (though not as much as Morrowind)
