Title: Rare sighting
Description: at the local Wally's

So I was at Wal-Mart the other day, checking out TF stock when I noticed something strange. There was a box for the (I believe) Voyager-sized movie Megatron but inside was... the movie Starscream G1 repaint. This was a couple of days ago, so it could be gone by now, but I was thinking: should I buy it anyway? I mean I hear the figure itself is kind of ho-hum, but he had the Thundercracker head and everything. What do you guys think?

I had the Thundercracker one and didn't like it. Too bulky in jet mode, not solid in the bot mode.
But then, I haven't seen many of the G1 repaints either.

This is really odd since G1 Starscream repaint is a Target exclusive...

Someone probably bought, repacked, and returned.

And as mediocre as the movie Starscream mold is, it beats the voyager Megs by miles...

y'know... I would initially have agreed with that, but after a while, the Voyager Megs grew on me. I think I ended up liking him more than the Thundercraker I had.

Not to mention that I'm in Canada, where Target is not. Anyways, thank for the feedback, guys. Maybe I'll pick up an Animated fig instead.

...And I just double checked the colour schemes of the figures. Turns out it was Thundercracker, after-all. I think I confused the base paint colour with the Japanese MP Starscream.
