In WARPED, there have been a few scenes in a bar-like setting, that is supposed to be the PUB that sometimes acts almost as a nexus in the text adventures in the HUB and the bar tender was played as Beast Wars Jetstrom only because I had him handy.

But I was thinking, whom would be a more fitting "actor" to portray the patron of that fine establishment, and whom better to help me cast someone than the people who spent more time (in story sense) than everone else here at the AUG?

So which toy (doesn't have to be a Transformer, but it helps) shuld be the barkeep in WARPED. Or should I say the hell with it and "cast" Quark (and Rom, his brother just cause) from DS9? Also, since he/she(?) is an NPC the standard restrictions for casting dosen't apply.

Traditionally the bartender has been Slipbot, Sionyx, or Cheetback, who also own the place.

Haven't seen them posting around lately, so for most of them I can't think of a toy that would work. Cheetback would be Transmetal2 Cheetor(always in beast mode, and his ass keeps falling off).

Alternately the NPC bartenders have include Slip-Duck(a cyborg Psyduck of Slipbots collection) and Genocide(a giant mecha spider, Technos NPC).

Failing all that, it tends to be an open bar, with the tender being whoever wants to stay behind there. Dreadnought is usually pretty good at it. Or Starshooter or Icefang. All of them are already cast I believe.

Oh, and the Beer Elemental. That's right, we summoned an Elemental from the plane of Beer. Don't ask me to explain it, one of the mages can.

X, you better have a Psyduck toy because that's comedy gold right there.

Last time the story was in the Pub, Marvin the Paranoid Android was tending bar.

Ah, that's true. Thank you Star. Megatrons NPC Marvin the Paranoid Android has apparently earned his place behind the bar as well.

Most patrons make their drink orders based on who's tending the bar. Some do better at certain things than others. When Sionyx is in charge it's usually refered to as "Sober Hour"(big hangover tormenting sign comes on) as she tends to make the Pub into more of a coffee house. Where as with Cheetback, expect Vodka. Genocide's stuff is more built towards a cybertronian physiology, and tends to be deadily to anyone not capable of ingesting stellar plasma(all his shotglasses have a class nine containment field on them, since alot of what he mixes qualifies as weapons of mass intoxication, if not destruction).

It's usually polite to only have one bartender behind the bar at a time. Some of them(Genocide and Sionyx) get territorial and will push the other bartender out. There is also, somewhere, a list of "Idiots we won't let serve us drinks". I'm not sure who's currently keeping the list. I think I'm on it though.
