Shilpa to launch her own perfume

Shilpa Shetty is back in the UK. The actress was in Mumbai recently for a brief visit as she felt homesick. Shilpa also said that she wanted to be with her father. Now back in London, she is all set to launch a perfume on her name.

Thus she will join the ranks of celebrities like Lata Mangeshkar, Zeenat Aman, Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan who have had perfumes named after them. The perfume will be launched before she begins writing a cookery book. The actress is expected to be back in Mumbai in a week. She will then begin shooting for Anurag Basu’s Metro and Anil Sharma’s Apne. "Only after this will she consider new film offers. There have been offers from the West too, but it is too early to say anything," said Shetty’s publicist Dale Bhagwagar.
