Title: Jon's 31'st letter : July 2009

eveline - August 7, 2009 05:56 AM (GMT)
here we go, guyz! enjoy reading....

Hi guys, I did not realise that july has passed. I have been burying
my head in work that it slipped my mind. Sorry about that. Anyway, as
some of you know I took a trip recently to the UK and had the best
time there. I met many of my musical heroes, watched some of my
favourite bands and many other performers that really impressed and
admired art that I have been reading about for years. It was a grand
experience.

Since I got back, I have found renewed energy for my work and
increased enthusiasm for my life in general. I think it was a much
needed kickstart for my imagination.

The 3rd season of S.I is around the corner and I wish all the
contestants pursuing their hopes of starting a career in music all the
very best. I hope that, (as I have) you all will have an experience
that will help you learn more about yourselves.

I don't really have much to say right now in my letter, I hope the
rest of august treats you well and I will be working, working, working
on an album that so far is shaping up to be something I am very
excited about.

Jon.

Yes, time really flies! I seemed to have buried myself with work too!

It’s good that the trip had given you renewed energy, especially in connection with your music. I can just imagine the multitude of inspiration you’ve been able to generate from the experiences. Do look forward to a different style of music/lyrics in your album.

Really appreciate that you’re making every effort to keep in touch. Thank you so much, Jon.

Hope to write to you soon.

Take care…

Hi Jon,

Thank you so much for remembering to write to us always.
Like Angelyn and you, I am also very tied up with my work, which explains my late response to your letter! This is the typical Singaporean life I guess, work work and more work. But that said, work is good cos it brings income and also new challenges in life.
Really looking forward to have you share your exciting and enriching overseas experiences with us.
It has been a long time since we last saw you. Probably your short hair has become long again....??
Hope to see you in some public performance soon.
Till then, take good care of your health.
