Mark it on your calender and don't schedule any meetings for that day.

Bring your Electrico CD's, then we can ask them to autograph them for us :D

Even my husband, Christopher thinks they're "not bad". Chris is a good man, but sparing with his praises, so this is indeed a great tribute to Electrico ;)

But I do hope that people do not buy tickets and go just because Jon may turn up. I mean, the money can be put to better use, unless one is genuinely interested in seeing Electrico perform or wants to support our local acts. :)

On another note, Electrico is pretty groovy. I remember at the Hype Up concert in Oct, they were really smashing. Even the guitarist came over to jam at our side of the stage during the rousing end of their performance. And they called us the 'cool side' too, haha.

I think Dave has a fantastic voice. Anyone caught him at the 'Little Shop of Horrors' together with the Dimsum Dollies? He was vocalizing the cannibalistic plant, Audrey II and it was very funny. When Audrey II started singing, I wanted to dance in my seat. Woohoo :lol:

anyway abt the tickets,
really sorry i havent called up sistic regarding the seating yet
was quite busy today (i FINALLY! got my left lense, sure some wld know i was half blind for 2wks haha)
but GOOD NEWS! elle has told me that the early bird sales have been extended!
refer to friday's life section on page 10 for more details (there's other bands performing on other dates too!)
but we'll still get for the confirmed ppl's tickets first okay ?
as for the money, will let you know the final amt and how to pay me okay ?

Have gotten the $38 tix with 20% discount.
The $28 will be blocked by the guys standing in front.
Hope our seats are back far enough not to be blocked!

Will hand the tickets over to you or eveline (western folks) the next few days so that the tickets can be distributed on Sunday.

$38 less 20% + $2 SISTIC fee (which I feel is daylight robbery) = $32.40 each
$32.40 x 7 = $226.80 to be collected. Thanks my dears.

Heard an interview with Electrico on 987 by Muttons in the morning.

Electrico's taking a break from performing for an indefinite length of time... :(

So their performance at UCC on 2 March will be their last one in Singapore. Sob!

For those who haven't bought tickets to their show, you can get a 20% discount by mentioning the password "e-wave" at SISTIC outlets.

They've just released an updated version of their 2nd album Hip city. This version has 2 new songs. (Luckily I only have their 1st album - so much more inside. )

I'll now go out and get their updated 2nd album! "Not made in the USA" has been given alot of airtime. Very interesting song - you'll recognise the song we used to sing in school on Children's day :)
