Yep, I'm now looking toward having the egg touching happening soon. I'm actually in the process of writing up descriptions for the eggs, but I don't know if I'll actually get them all done x_x 23 eggs is a lot to make descriptions for. I'm possibly open to themes, but all the eggs are mottled in color and I'm trying to keep them looking like marble that's predominately white.. or at least cream in color. I don't want them looking -too- whacked out. lol.

But yeah, when should we do the egg touching? Should we do it sooner or later? Is anyone still brainstorming up candidates and need more time? This hatching has been two YEARS coming.. so I'm excited that it's actually going to happen! How appropriate it is for Fury to come back to us for this joyous occassion. Stick around Fury, you're a good omen!

For those that don't know, Fury is an old Tiazora member, and her character Limaru rode the gold that clutched Iolath, so yaaay!

I agree that sooner is better than later. As for egg descriptions ... you don't have to write them if you don't want to, Stormy! Have you thought about a generalized overview, touching on a few of the key eggs that you are maybe planning special dragons to hatch from (maybe unusually mottled, or unusually large or small)? You could then sit back and watch the Candidate wrangling and bickering with the sort of evil mirth shared only by dungeon masters and queen riders. :D

teehee! Yeah. At the very least, each egg will be given special mention, or grouped into an actual number of eggs that aren't easily told apart that way they are all accounted for. I might give myself another week to get things prepared, then start it up =D

I'll summon up a post or two when that happy day occurs, but until then, I'm conserving my strength. I seem to have caught some kind of crazy anthrax-esque bug that has floated around UF, so I'm currently usually in bed nursing my cold with soup, water and copious amounts of tissues. I keep saying I have a male Candidate in the works, and I'll bring him out in time for the hatching, I promise! :D


And now, I retreat to bed with my tissue box and blankie.

I actually make my eggs totally nuts, so that I can put pictures with them ^_^ Which is mottled in a... more liberal interpretation =) Arolos Weyr PBeM puts their pics up for general use, as long as credits are given, so that's where I get all of mine. ^^ And, of course, descriptions are so much more fun that way. But you shouldn't do them all, if you... don't.. feel up to it ^^
