Hatchings and Gathers and Plot, oh my!

Well, I'm trying to figure out when we should have the hatching. I'm more than halfway done with descriptions and I hope to devote Thursday completely to finishing those up. So, the question is should we try to squeeze it in before, or after Halloween?

Also, to celebrate the coming of fall and harvest (In Pern land, it's just hitting that time) there will be a Fall Gather and food and harvest will (hopefully) be plentiful. So all our Weyrlings can attend, I will conveniently place this gather in the Weyr. In game reasons will be more so along the lines of the Weyr is neutral ground and a better place for it provided the circumstances.

So, I'd like opinions. =)

Surpriiise.....

A surprise, though seemingly small when it will be delivered, is currently in the works and will be finished before the hatching takes place. I'm not going to tell you what it is yet, but it's one of the reasons that the hatching is taking so long to take place. =) So, even if you aren't Impressed by it during the hatching (Hardy har har!!) at least pretend to be, because I've been working hard on it.

Remember that Contest Thing?

I will probably not enter this contest. The weather's getting colder, which means longer hours in the lab doing analysis, so less time for fun stuff like writing. I'm so sorry! Hope to catch the next one, if we have it.

It's all good! I just need to know if I can end it yet =P

I'm alive, I swear!

Things haven't been going well down here in Florida lately between midterms and personal issues, so posting has been difficult, to say the least. But I AM alive, and I'll try to pop out a post or two before the end of the week.

I probably won't be entering the contest anytime soon, so feel free to end it. And as for the Hatching, the sooner the better! :P Everyone loves Impressions. :D

I'm here, just dying with last-term homework. I'll try and post as soon as I can, sorry.

Surprises? I like surprises, no matter what it is, I'm likely to be impressed. As for the Hatching, I agree with Wolfie, the sooner the better ^^. I probably won't enter the contest, if I was going to, I would have by now.

I agree with Alanna about the contest, although I'll probably enter in the next one.

The sooner the better for me as well! We're hitting midterm and heavy paper season at school, but I'm still giving myself a bit of time each day for roleplaying and generally chilling out.

I'm excited for our surprise! I do love surprises.
