Weyrlings

I'm just coasting through, allowing a bit of rping in the hatching feast. After this though, I'll try to get a Weyrling lesson up, and possibly potential allowances for drama/plot, whatever.

Vacations and Raffles
Through the 21st and 25th will be my vacation time, and I will most likely not have internet access throughout these days. For this reason, I feel I should give everyone incentive to rp. For each post everyone does from here to my absence will be tallied. For every post, you get a "ticket" which will be entered into the raffle. If I pull your "ticket" at the end of it all, you will recieve a.. DUN DUN DUN... firelizard!! There will be first, second and third place. First place will get you a gold firelizard, second is a bronze firelizard, and third place is a 50/50 chance of either a bronze or a brown. For those that don't win anything.. well, lets just say you'll be in good odor with me if you make an effort.

Oh yes, and those are -role play- posts that count, not chat posts.

I'm going down to Gulf Shores in Alabama. His Aunt an Uncle have a condo down there and they weren't using it for that week so it was offered to Thomas and I =D So, we're going to have it from Wednesday till Sunday, and we'll be going up there evening time Tuesday so we'll have wed-sat of relaxation since sunday is when we have to drive back.

Bronze Vamprith and A'ric are definately in... Laris and Blue Corvarath are in as well, with Brown Addath and D'ren as a maybe... D'ren isn't much for raiding, but he is more than comfortable playing ferry to shuttle out any innocents in the way. A'ric is a bit more seasoned, a better stragegist, but Laris is out for blood.

I love adventures, and I especially need them for A'breeq and bronze Asaujarth, as well as L'ricor and brown Jiraljith. I'm not exactly sure what's going on still, though. Could you explain a little bit what exactly we'd be doin'?

Sure thing! Thyra Hold, who has stopped sending tithes altogether, are sending their goods out of Kharasi territory for a higher price than what the surrounding Holds can buy it for. Of course... The Weyr could use these illegally traded goods, and will commandeer the goods as compensation for lack of tithe. I figured it would be kinder than letting thread devour their land.

So, a Wing will be going to intervene and unload the goods for transport, and Alesia wants a wing of all colors, but even though she's pretty serious about all dragon colors being useful, she wants plenty of browns and bronzes for effect and for carrying capacity, but wants riders of all dragon colors to be there.

Awesome... I take it before the actual raid there will be a convene of all those going, to discuss tasks during the excursion?
