I plan on making some freshmen's life miserable as I can before I leave their dorm. So right now I've been up all night, working ish on papers, but moreover listening to Krishna Das, which has a really interesting sound, mostly carried through the vocals that is mostly soothing. At the same time, it's very much Hindu/Hare Krishna music, so I hope I'm making some little White Anglo Saxon Protestants uncomfortable.

Next spring, and maybe over the break, I am going to find some small ways to return to Kharasi. Possibly Daxter, maybe some new charrie will surface, possibly L'most making a case for Weyrlingmaster if I can. I think he'd do well there. But we shall see. Harass me if I don't return, I know I need to.

If you get the chance over winter break, find and read the book "Bangkok 8" by John Burdett. Don't ask. Just do it. Call it woman's intuition, call it a crazy whim, but I think you'll love it.

I must check out Krishna Das, although I've heard enough Ravi Shankar to suspect Das would not be good music to have on the iPod during a run, true? Still, might be good meditation music. Thanks for the tip.

And if you want to be bugged about coming back, be assured I'll do so. Grateful as I am to be able to RP with some of the old crew and meet the new, I miss all the old Tiazora guys. Please come back.
