Since my computer had some problems a couple of weeks ago Quick Launch won't come up. Whenever I've tried to turn it on a window saying that it can't create a new toolbar comes up.

I posted it on the website that Fear/Love recommended but they don't understand that I know how to turn it on it just wont. Somebody else said they had a problem like this on Windows 2000.

I doubt anybody will know what's going on but I'm really bored and desperate to get back Quick Launch.

Quick Launch is a feature you can turn on or off for your Windows toolbar. It can contain shortcuts to whatever you want. The person who used Windows 2000 was from some website forum about computers.

Well you have several options.

1. re-install
2. find a download for it.
3. just cry a whole lot untill it fixes itself (always a classic) <--- works like a charm

Sorry about doubleposting but John Preston said I can't just ask for random help so I guess ignore this or do whatever.

tell john preston to shove it up his ass. why cant he ask for random help? SOME of us know what we are doing.
