ok i DL Photoshop but it is really confusing

nvm i figured it out so i made a few sigs the first 3 really sucked but i ended up with this one which personaly i like
is it any good?
i also DL a gif animator and made my own avatar its not that great it just flashs all the heroes of Ngiht Elf Sentinals of WarCraft III

nothing special. its a black screen with a pic and some words.

Yea i havent really found all the aspects of photoshop yet
