Hey Myron could you take a moment out of your busy FF11 life to help me with a printer problem.

I have a printer and it doesn't feed paper right. You have to push the paper in till it catches and then it'll start printing.

figure it out yourself. you know they have tech support lines you can call for this sort of thing.
