Just thought I'd ask everybody to remember Jacob in special prayer. He had an unexpected visit to the Emergency Room early this morning. His fever was up to 102. X-rays show that he has several spots of Pneumonia in his lungs which is causing his oxygen level to drop. This visit was a scary experience for him......being held down several times for various tests. For some reason he was terrified of the oxygen so he had to be held down for that too. Since we live so close to the hospital the doctor let him come home. He has to go back in the morning for another treatment of Antibiotics/fluids. Tuesday he is scheduled for a Spinal Tap to check for cancer cells in his spinal fluid. So please keep him in your prayers this week.

Jacob went to clinic this morning. His counts have dropped to 500 so his Chemo has been reduced to 50 percent. The doctors did not feel comfortable putting him to sleep until the pneumonia clears up.....so the spinal tap was postponed until next Tuesday. Thanks so much for all the prayers!

Hey Debbie... Haven't talked to you in a while, just wnated to see if you had an update on Jacob?

Jacob went to clinic this morning. His counts are still down so they postponed his Spinal Tap for the second week in a row! He is still coughing some but the pneumonia is clearing up. He did get a treatment today. He goes back next Tuesday for another checkup.
