I like to go back sometimes and re-read some really old stuff I have. I've been thinking of reading "Frenchman's Creek" by Daphne Du Maurier...it's one of my faves...anyone else read Du Maurier?

I've never read her books, but I know Denise has..... she tells me that "Rebecca" is her favorite book ever (if I'm not mistaken). I suppose I'll have to check her out.

Rebecca is one of her best...Frenchman's Creek is one you need to read though...and tell Denise to read it if she hasn't....

It has been years since I have read Frenchmen's Creek.....I also liked Jamaican Inn...I own most of her books....I will have to go through I re-read them myself. She is my absolute favorite...

I get e-mails regarding a festival they have every year in her honor. I am planning to go in a couple years...I think it would be great....

As a teenager, I thought Frenchman's Creek was the most romantic book I'd ever read....it lost a bit as I grew older....lol...but still good.

i like to read but dont think ive ever read any books by her..... does she have a website?

It is a book called A Daughter's Memoir by Flavia Leng.....It is really interesting.
