Ok, for Bethany's 18th Birthday, she asked to go to the Cathedrals Remembered Concert at the Historic Reynolds Auditorium in Winston-Salem, NC. I won't go into great detail, but lets just say that I couldn't tell you the last time I enjoyed a concert this much! Greater Vision, Mark Trammell Trio, and Legacy Five all did a great job, and the second half was simply amazing! Here are some random pix. I aplogize for the picture quality of some, while it may hold a lot of SG history, Reynolds is a terrible "picture" venue!

Sounds like a great time, Lissa.........what I want to know.....is did Bethany think it was worth missing a concert with the DEB?

Well, VJ, that's a tough call. But the DEB concert was booked last minute. As in The weekend preceding the concert :o
By that time, we'd had these tickets for about 2 months. I offered to sell these and us go to DEB, but she said no, that we'd just go to this one. I don't think she was disappointed in her decision. Although we were late (big surprise here!) and missed most of MTT's set, we both REALLY enjoyed the concert!

Thanks for the pictures, Lissa! It looks like a great concert! I would have loved to seen and heard Steve Lee sing with them. I evermore love to hear that man sing!

They are talking about doing it again next year (I think that was the last one this year), and Frank Seamans (L5) told my sister, a friend, and I that he thinks they should consider doing a DVD at one of the concerts, too. He said people have asked like crazy for them, but none have been recorded.
