I don't know enough about Mitchel's solo voice to comment on that...
Mark Lanier is a great talent but does not have a 'choir' type voice.
It'll be interesting to hear their new sound!

Thanks for the info. I don't know Mitchel... but I've always enjoyed the groups that Phil has put together. I've seen them twice with Mark Lanier.... and I've always wanted to ask him if he's related to John Lanier.... but I never get the chance. Does anyone know the answer to that?
