Don't know but I'll guess that it was written by Leroy Abernathy.

I would also say it was probably written by Leroy. Most of his songs were unusual. Still christian...but unusual. Would it have been the one about "television" ? Don't remember the title.

Could it be possibly a convention song written I think by John Cook, a song titled "Heavenly Parade"?

It was written by LeeRoy Abernathy. . .

"Gospel Boogie" was an unusual song. Writing one with the title "Gospel Boogers" would be even more unusual. :D

I think "Poor Ole Adam" (I think that's the name) that the Statesmen Quartet recorded was a very unusual song!
