I received an early Christmas present of a Blackwood Brothers CD. It is labeled
Bibletone presents the Blackwood Brothers. 1953 Volume 1
My question is, are these radio transcriptions or regular studio recordings? Where were
they recorded?

I'm not near my recordings right now, but I'm almost certain these songs were taken from some recordings done for radio release and not commercial recordings.

I thought so, they all seem to fade out a little early.
Were these done in Shenandoah?

These were done in Memphis. Jackie Marshall is the pianist. I have the entire programs, and they have James introducing the songs and Jackie playing theme music.
