Would that be the outstand baritone voice of Glen Alred??

Glen Allred was with the Oak Ridge Quartet in the early 1950s. I don't think they became the "Boys" until the 1960s.

I'll say the person with both boy groups was Tommy Fairchild who I believe sang with the Florida boys and was a pianist for the Oaks.

Before Tommy Fairchild joined the Oak Ridge quartet in 1958, he was baritone for the Florida Boys during Glen Allred`s sabbitical in 1957, and Glen Allred himself was a former member of the Oak Ride quartet before joining the Florida Boys.

Our Canadian friend got the operative word here: BOYS!

Tommy Fairchild is correct although Glen Allred did play the guitar for Wally Fowler's Oak Ridge Quartet.

Good job, guys.
