3 cups shredded cheddar cheese (You can use mild, medium or sharp, whichever you prefer)
1/2 cup real mayo
chopped green onion tops
(you can put some paprika or basil or any other spice you might like)
Mix well and form into roll or ball and cover with a mixture of crushed pecans and Raspberry or Strawberry Preserves. (I don't have measurements for topping, you just have to experiment) I put way too much the first time and had to scrape some off. It's pretty sweet.
Serve with your favorite snack cracker.
