JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Southern Gospel/Christian country band the Dave Williford Band was recently in the studio recording tracks for their upcoming new release.

Tracks for the band’s currently untitled sophomore project were recorded at SoundTrack Studio in Jefferson City, Missouri.

The new album will again feature original music from the pen of Dave Williford as well as some praise songs in the Dave Williford Band brand of country.

Dave Williford said, “We are so excited about this new album. It is already shaping into a really fantastic piece of work. We are so happy that people have been requesting that we put some praise music on our album – it’s become a big part of who we are as a band.”

Vocals for the new album will be recorded at Bridge Studio in Jamestown, Missouri. The recording is slated to release in March or April of this year.

The new album will also be available for digital download on various sites such as iTunes like the group’s previous release – A King’s Ransom.
