What makes you anxious?
What calms you?

What makes you anxious? Having something hanging over my head. What I mean is knowing theres something to do and not having it done yet. I prefer to handle tasks as they come along and not wait around for any reason to complete them.
What calms you? Hanging out with my family, and singing.

What makes you anxious? LOL...I'm pretty ADHD...most things make me anxious...like being stuck in traffic, being late, too many children in my house at the same time, etc....although the WORD says, "be anxious for nothing"....I kinda seem to forget that sometimes....
What calms you? More than anything, a little quiet time alone with GOD, and a good cup of chamomile tea never hurts....

What makes you anxious?
If I have a deadline looming...If someone I care about is doing something out of character (I can't say abnormal cuz most of the people in my life are that way anyhow!!!lol)...Needing to talk to someone and not being able to...if something electronic I rely on isn't working right (computer, cell, etc)...yeah, ok, about 75% of things in my life make me anxious!!!!! And yes, I know, we are to be anxious for nothing...but I am not perfect, and this is one of the huge areas I have to work on!
What calms you?
Music...talking to loved ones...prayer...
You know in science class when something alone had limited power but added to something else, the result seemed greater than either had alone? Synergism I think it is called...well...that's how I feel about chocolate added to the above, lol....

What makes you anxious? nothing going on at work or at home...a slow boring quiet day...unless i am officially vacationing, visiting texas, or fishing, i do not like quiet and boring days
What calms you? having it all under control, a little theme music in the background, my firm grip around the throat of the current problem, and the knowledge that i was wired up this way so i might as well roll with it
