Title: OT: Old SG Videos on YouTube
Description: Thanks to the Professor for inspiring me

This isn't a trivia question, but it does fit the History theme so I decided to post it here. Dean Adkins started posting old SG videos on YouTube a couple of months ago and he inspired me to dig up some of my old "recorded from TV" videos and do the same. He has access to older videos than me, but mine generally go back to the 70's, 80's & 90's. After I finish my old TV stuff, I plan to convert my purchased VHS concert videos to DVD and may upload selected songs from them.

I thought some of you may enjoy viewing our efforts.

Find the Professor's stuff here.

My stuff is here.

Thanks again, Dean, for inspiring me to finally get around to doing this.

I've thanked Dean many times for his additions to YouTube and let me now thank you for adding to the online video collection.

I especially liked "This Ole House" by the Cats. I had a copy of the audio, but had never seen the video of that infamous songfest!

Thanks again for sharing your collection with us, Scot.

Hidee Y'all,
I also want to thank Dean publicly for putting these wonderful videos on You Tube! Of course, my favorites are The Melody Boys Quartet doing "Pray" and "Listen" and the song where Phil Barker is with the Singing Americans.

Gayla,
Scot has posted a Dixie Melody Boys video with Phil Barker (sans moustache).

Dean

BTW, thanks everyone for your kind remarks.
