Asheville, NC - In recognition of the very first Number One hit for the 2007 Male Vocalist of the Year, the staff of Crossroads Music honored Ivan Parker on Monday, February 4, with a Number One Party Luncheon at the Crossroads facility just outside of Asheville, NC. “I Choose,” written by prolific writer, Rodney Griffin, sits atop The Singing News Top 80 Chart this month (February, 2008). The mega-hit ballad burst onto The Singing News Chart in November, 2007 at #41, before soarng into the Top 10 the very next month. “I Choose” was featured on Parker’s That Was Then recording, produced by Roger Talley.


Parker’s brand new release, Inseparable, co-produced by Geron Davis and Roger Talley, will be available from Crossroads Music Group and hits stores nationwide on February 18.
