I had today's trivia all planned out . . . and then Kansas won the ball game last night. Oh well. Kansas has messed me up all week!

Tarzan is right, and Chalmers was a great bass...good sounding quartet altogether.

Sometimes when you ask one of these questions it reminds me of things. I tried for a good while to find the two albums by this quartet and did but havn't listened to them in years. I pulled them out and played them and they were certainly a solid quartet, had very strong bass but the thing that stood out to me more than anything was the great piano playing of Jack Marshall. He has to be one of our greatest ever.
Sorry about your Team, when Clemson can't win I always pull for the ACC team that is in there which is usually North Carolina and Duke. Of course as you know I live near Augusta and all we care about this week is Golf so the Basketball tournament got only minor attention.
