The 14th Annual Inspirational Country Music Awards are dedicated to honoring and showcasing the biggest names and emerging talent among artists who perform Christian Country music. Christian Country music is inspired by Faith, Family, and Country™.

This year ICM Week will be held at Trinity Music City USA from October 12 through October 16, 2008. The ICM Awards Show will be held at 7 PM on Thursday October 16th at the Trinity Music City USA Auditorium located in Hendersonville, Tennessee.

Founder Gene Higgins said, "We are very excited about filling the air of Trinity Music City USA with the sounds of Christian and Inspirational Country music! We are going to have three daily shows in the theater, outside entertainment stages between shows, crafts, children's fun center and entertainment as we bring together the best of Christian Country and Country artists. This will be five days filled with great entertainment for the whole family! Come and enjoy over 100 artists performing throughout the week."

The Christian Country Music Convention (ICM Week) is a yearly event that draws music fans, broadcast media (radio, print, and TV) and the industry's top artists to Nashville to showcase Christian Country music and to discuss industry related issues. The member-voted ICM Awards Show is the keynote event of ICM Week.

The ICM Week is presented by the 501C-3 not-for-profit corporation, The Christian Country Music Association, founded in 1992.

The ICM Awards Show is directed by Russ Hall and produced by Graham Bustin.
