Lauren Talley Rocks! - September 15, 2006 02:22 PM (GMT)
Looks like somebody forgot to vote for Lauren Talley!

By the way, what's the deal with TWO male quartets? Do you honestly think both of them had the exact same number of votes?

Is Singing News counting the hanging chads (no offense, Pastor Chadley)?

By the way, what's the deal with TWO male quartets?  Do you honestly think both of them had the exact same number of votes?

When they were presenting the favorite groups, the Singing News guy (his name is slipping my mind right now) said that these groups had the same "percentage" of votes. That could be quite a large margin of actual votes.

I have my own theory that Signature Sound won the actual number of votes, and that wasn't pleasing to the SN. But, what do I know?

I am very, very, very happy that the Booth Brothers won for favorite song of the year. I keep hoping that someday they will win the favorite trio. They rocked last week!
