Well guys and gals....Shari and I discussed while we were on vacation the possibility of adopting another child. However, we said that wwe would prefer to do a private adoption this time. The only problem is that you have to pretty much be approached by someone that knows someone who wants to put a child up for adoption. We were like the chances are slim to none but if God puts it before us we will undertake it. Well, last week we were contacted by a friend in Illinois outside of Chicago who has a relative wanting to give a child up for adoption. They want the child to go to a loving, christian home. We have agreed to start the process of all of the legal work to adopt this little girl when she is born. It is all still in the very very early stages and the birthmom can change her mind at any time. Please pray for God's will to be done here. If it is his will that we take this child as our own then pray for the doors to open. If it is his will that she stay with the biological mother then so be it. Just pray for us as we attempt to go down this path of emotions again!
