I wonder if it would be possible for us to be allowed to edit our own posts now, without the note at the bottom?

I would like to have the option of showing the note, only if we want to show everyone that it has been edited.

It seems I have to edit a lot, mostly for misspelled words, or to add a comment. There are times when I would like it known that I have edited, but that is usually not the case.
