Pepper, most definitely. I rarely add salt to anything.

Not usually. I know what pepper tastes good on, so I automatically add pepper to those things. If I happen to taste something that needs a pinch of salt, then I'll add it.

I usually forget to taste before I add salt, and I'm sometimes sorry for it, but I always taste before I add pepper.

No question........pepper. The only thing I will add salt to, is watermelon and tomatoes. Pepper goes on most vegetables, automatically.
