MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Up and coming quartet Chapter IV has seen a large amount of radio success at Southern Gospel radio lately.
The group’s debut single from their new recording, Lifting the Standard, has found a place on the Singing News Top 80. The group’s first ever charting single, entitled “Getaway”, has currently debuted at #68 on the November 2006 chart.
In addition, “Getaway” was also added and featured in regular rotation on some of the industry’s leading internet radio stations – such as RealSouthernGospel.com, GlobalSouthernGospel.com, SGMRadio.com, and the award-winning SouthernSpinRadio.com.
Keith Casstevens of Chapter IV said, “We are really excited that our first single would get as much attention as it as gotten. We have had an outpouring of radio stations contact us wanting more of our music. We are happy that our music is impacting people’s lives. We are in hope that the message of our songs are reaching those who need to hear the message of Jesus Christ and the promise of heaven to those who know Him"
“This is a fantastic song from one of Southern Gospel’s best new quartets,” mentioned Chris Unthank, program manager for SouthernSpinRadio.com. “It’s extremely catchy and is a fantastic introduction to this class act.”
“Getaway” is being pushed to Southern Gospel radio through Jeff O’Neil and Heritage Communications. The song can be found on Heritage Communications’ Heritage Gold 2006, Vol. 2.
